Bleak Present

When we think about climate change, we often associate it with melting polar ice caps. But it goes much deeper than that, including other spectrum of extremities, such as drought, flash flood, and wildfires. I caught this wildfire unexpectedly while I was retuning from a zodiac excursion off Vancouver Island. If we don't take proactive measures now, and don't press our leaders for immediate actions, the sun won't pierce through the dark clouds anymore to the point of no return like this picture.
